Sparks

Only one Swede gets to be transported around the universe on a space shuttle, but many more get to use the spark, which means 'kick'. It is basically a precursor to the razer scooters - you stand on one rail (the bit with the squiggle in an optional extra), and kick with your other foot. Children, shopping, or the infirm can get a free ride on the front.

To allow for these to slide freely, the bike paths around the town are generally only gravelled on one side, to provide friction for those who desire it but allow the sparks to travel freely.
